Philipp Weinges
Philipp Weinges (born January 13, 1960 in Munich ) is a German screenwriter and producer.
Since 2005 he has been managing director of Crazy Film GmbH together with Andreas Richter. The company produces feature films for TV and cinema.
Between 2004 and 2015 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Filmförderanstalt. He has been a member of the board of the German Film Academy since 2014. From 2015 to 2019 he was, together with Benjamin Herrmann, its chairman.
Philipp Weinges lives in Berlin.
