Pierre-Celestin Rwigema
Pierre-Célestin Rwigema (* 1953 ) is a Rwandan politician (Mouvement démocratique républicain, MDR).
Rwigema was Prime Minister of Rwanda from August 31, 1995 to March 8, 2000 . He belongs to the Hutu ethnic group . After eleven years in exile , he returned to Rwanda in 2011.
