Pierre-Marie Deloof (born September 29, 1964 in Bruges ) is a former Belgian rower . Together with Dirk Crois, he won silver in a double scull at the 1984 Olympic Games .

Deloof took sixth place in the double scull in 1980 at the Junior World Championships. In 1981 and 1982 he won the bronze medal in single . In 1984 he won the silver medal at the Match des Seniors, the predecessor of the U23 World Championships .

At the 1984 Olympic Games, the field was thinned out in all boat classes, as two of the strongest rowing nations were absent due to the Olympic boycott with the DRR and the Soviet Union.
