Pierre Edmond Martin (* 1783 in La Rochelle ; † in the 19th century) was a French painter and restorer .
Martin was a student of Vincent in Paris . Later he stayed in Rome for four years and then worked - again in Paris - as a painter. Martin mainly restored paintings from the gallery of the Duke of Bordeaux in the Elysée Palace , the Duke of Blacas , the Marquis de Bruc , the Counts of Brissac and the Barons La Châtre .
