Pierre d'Arrabloy (* in Arrabloy near Gien , Orléanais , France ; † March 1331 in Avignon ) was a French cardinal of the Roman Church .

Life

The Magister of Law was in the service of the King of France and was Archdeacon of Narbonne and Bourbon-Lancy. Also canon of Bourbonnois since August 14, 1314, and later also canon of Saint-Quentin.

As a personal friend of King Louis X , he was treasurer of the Kingdom of France from July 22, 1316 to January 26, 1317.

Pope John XXII. created him on December 17, 1316 cardinal priest with the titular church Santa Susanna . In 1318 he became a member of the Parliament of France. From September 25, 1326 he was Camerlengo of the College of Cardinals . In December 1328 he was raised to cardinal bishop of the suburbicarian diocese of Porto e Santa Rufina .

He died in Avignon in March 1331 and was buried in the church of his hometown Arrabloy near Gien.
