Pierre de la Hauberie

The menhir Pierre de la Hauberie (also Pierre de la Hoberie or Pierre de la Robine called) is in the hollow of a wooded valley at the Bach Leffard in the vicinity of the farm Hauberie, southwest of Ussy in Potigny in Calvados in Normandy in France .

The word "hober" means "stir, lift, move, change places". Tradition has it that the stone moves or changes place. The stone is over 3.1 m high. Nearby is the Pierre du Pôt menhir and the Grurie menhir in nearby Villers-Canivet .

The menhir has been registered as a Monument historique since 1945 .
