The Pilatus peak is a 982 m high mountain on the Davis Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises immediately southwest of Langley Peak from the western end of the Wright Piedmont Glacier and is the highest peak in the region.
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2016. It is named after the Swiss aircraft manufacturer Pilatus Aircraft , whose Pilatus PC-6 aircraft were used in Antarctica in the 1960s .
