Pinai (name variants: Pinai Fula Kunda and Pinai Mandinka ) is a town in the West African state of Gambia .

According to a calculation for 2013, about 535 inhabitants live there, the result of the last published census from 1993 was 795.

geography

Pinai in the Central River Region in the Niamina West District is on the left bank of the Gambia River . The place is about 3.7 kilometers west of the South Bank Road , where a road to Pinai branches off at Choya . Katamina is about one kilometer to the west.
