Pitfall II: Lost Caverns is a Jump 'n' Run - computer game , the first time in 1984 by Activision for the Atari 2600 was released. It is the successor to the computer game Pitfall, also published by Activision in 1982 ! . Both games were developed by David Crane . The main character is, as in Pitfall! , Harry. The most noticeable changes compared to the predecessor are a much larger and more open game world and balloons that the player can grab to travel between locations.
