The Pjaliza ( Russian Пялица ) is a 92 km long river in the southeast of the Kola Peninsula in Murmansk Oblast in Russia .

Its catchment area covers 946 km². The mean discharge at the mouth is 12 m³ / s. During the snowmelt in May, the Pjaliza reaches a mean monthly maximum discharge of 64.9 m³ / s. The largest tributary of the Pjaliza is the Ust-Pjalka .

The river is visited in summer by fishing tourists to catch salmon .
