The Ҧ ( lower case : ҧ ) is a letter of the Cyrillic alphabet and represents the aspirated voiceless bilabial plosive [ ]. When transliterating and transcribing into the Latin alphabet , it is written with or ph . This letter is only used in the Abkhaz language , where the Ҧ is the 36th letter in the Abkhaz alphabet , where a Ԥ is sometimes used in its place . In the local language, for example, Abkhazia is written Аҧсны ( Aṗsny ).
