The Ӈ ( lower case ӈ ) is a letter of the Cyrillic alphabet , consisting of an Н with a hook . Typically, it represents a voiced velar nasal ( [ ŋ ] ), and is in the Latin transcription Ng , Ŋ or Ò shown.

- Ewenische language - 16th letter in their alphabet, but will be discontinued in the future due to dying language usage
- Evenk language - 16th letter in its alphabet, used only by speakers living in Russia
- Kildinese language - 23rd letter in its alphabet
- Mansi language - 16th letter in its alphabet, different usage depending on dialect
- Nenets languages - 16th letter in the alphabet, but only by the Tundra Nenets used
- Niwchische language - 22nd letter in their alphabet, but will be phased out in the future due to dying language usage
