The Ө, ө [⁠ œ ⁠] is a letter of the Cyrillic alphabet . In the languages ​​that use it, it stands for the rounded, half-open front tongue vowel , with the pronunciation lying roughly between an 'o' and an open 'ö' , similar to, for example, in the word 'hell' or 'grains' .
