Ҽ ( lower case ҽ) is a letter of the Cyrillic alphabet and is used in the Abkhaz language . The Ҽ is pronounced as a voiceless retroflex affricate , in phonetic transcription / ʈ͡ʂ /, i.e. a fusion of a plosive with a voiceless retroflex fricative . There is no corresponding sound in German for this.

The letter has an ogonek on it.

As transliteration ⟨were C ⟩ ( ISO 9 ) ⟨ č ⟩ ( Kohanimeandmebaas (KNAB)) ⟨ CH ⟩ ( ALA-LC ) or ⟨ č ⟩ ( TITUS ) proposed.
