The Ӊ (lower case ӊ) is a letter of the Cyrillic alphabet that does not exist in Russian. It consists of a Н with a tail at the bottom right and is easily confused with the Ң .

The Cyrillic letter Н with a tail is used in Kildin Sami and, as with other letters with a tail, represents a voiceless sonorous sound (IPA [ n̥ ]).
