The Ꙟ, ꙟ [ ɨn ] is an old Cyrillic letter that was used in the earlier Romanian Cyrillic alphabet .
Transcription and other representation
- In the modern Cyrillic alphabet, the combination ы н serves as a substitute.
- In Romanian transcription in Latin, the letter combination în is used, otherwise it is transliterated as in , less often than yn .
- An arrow ( ↑ ) also served as a substitute for Cyrillic notation .

In Unicode 5.0 (extended Cyrillic B block) encoded under U + A65E (upper case) and U + A65F (lower case). In Code2000 example, this letter is included.
