Ѯ ѯ
The Ѯ ( lower case ѯ ) is a letter of the early Cyrillic alphabet .
With the introduction of the Cyrillic alphabet, the Ξ of the Greek alphabet was adopted with the same sound value ( ks ) to write Greek foreign words. As in the Greek alphabet, the letter has a numerical value of 60 in the Cyrillic number system . Peter I abolished the letter in the reform of the civil script in 1708 along with other Greek letters.
