Ŋ
The Ŋ (Eng, small ŋ ) is a letter of the Latin writing system and stands for the voiced velar nasal in many languages . It occurs in the alphabets of several Sami languages and in the African alphabet .
The capital letter has two possible appearances: a capital N with a hook (this version is used in Sami) and an enlarged lower case N with a hook (this version is used in the African alphabet).
