The Plana Peak (English; Bulgarian връх Плана wrach Plana ) is a 740 m high mountain on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Levski Ridge of the Tangra Mountains, it rises 2.4 km north-northwest of the Great Needle Peak , 2.75 km northeast of Levski Peak and 2.6 km west-northwest of Helmet Peak .
Bulgarian scientists carried out surveys between 2004 and 2005. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2005 after a mountain in western Bulgaria .
