Santa Lucía Beach

Playa Santa Lucía is a 21 km long fine white sand beach on the north coast of Cuba in the province of Camagüey . From the 1990s onwards, Playa Santa Lucia was expanded into a modern tourist center with its own airport. Pristine nature, the varied land and marine fauna and an impressive reef with corals , colorful coral fish and wrecks attract visitors.

To the west of Playa Santa Lucía, the Cayos Sabinal , Guajaba , Romano , Cruz and Cayo Coco form the island chain of the Jardines del Rey ( Gardens of the King ).

The city of the same name, Santa Lucía, is located in the eastern province of Holguín
