Polowynkyne ( Ukrainian Половинкине ; Russian Половинкино Polowinkino ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 2900 inhabitants (2001).
The village, founded in 1680 on the banks of the Ajdar as Tolokiwka , has had its current name since 1917. The village is the only settlement of the district council of the same name in the center of Starobilsk Raion .
Polowynkyne has a station on the railway line Luhansk-Starobilsk at the trunk road N 21 about 90 km north of the Oblastzentrum Luhansk and 9 km south of Rajonzentrum Starobilsk .
