The porcelain factory Oscar Schaller & Co. Nachf. In Schwarzenbach an der Saale , Upper Franconia , was founded in 1882 and, as the main branch of the Schaller works, belonged to the Gebr. Winterling group from 1917 to 1999 . From 1882 and 2000, household dishes were mainly produced here.

Oscar Schaller & Co. (1882-1917)
The porcelain factory was founded in 1882. The owners were Oscar Schaller, his brother Fritz Schaller and businessman Johann Götz from Eger. In 1906 around 160 workers were employed.
Oscar Schaller & Co. successor (1917–1992)
After the takeover by the Winterling brothers , the Schwarzenbach location became the main branch of the Schaller works. Branch offices were established in the following years. a. in Kirchenlamitz and Windischeschenbach . The Schwarzenbacher everlasting flower pattern was particularly popular because it was considered an inexpensive variant of the onion pattern decors from Meißen and Hutschenreuther .
Winterling Porzellan-AG (1992–1999)
In 1992 the Schaller works were transferred to the newly founded family stock corporation. After the bankruptcy in 1999, Triptis-Porzellan GmbH took over the Schwarzenbach location in 2000 , and production was then discontinued.

Manufacture 1906: Utensils for coffee, tea and breakfast, plates, semi-strong and thin cups, ash trays, vases, kitchen items, set jugs. Specialty: Underglaze decors, Indian blue, Copenhagen decor, onion pattern, Delft. Table, coffee and tea sets in smooth, festoon, neo-conical, Meißner and ribbed Copenhagen shapes. Complete kitchen sets. Export: Jugs, Mugs, Cups and Saucers, Teapots, Sugars, Creams, Teasets, Salads. The factory had a painting and printing facility.
