The Potsdam Center for Politics and Management (PCPM) is a center affiliated to the Economics and Social Science Faculty of the University of Potsdam , which carries out research and consulting projects in administrative science and offers national and international scientific training courses. In connection with the chairs that are related to the PCPM, various degree programs or courses are also offered. The PCPM is headed by Werner Jann .

Academic profile

The PCPM conducts research and teaching in politics and public administration with a focus on the university profile area “Politics, Administration and Management”. The PCPM and related programs and degrees within the University of Potsdam were recognized as one of the three most important German university teaching and research institutions in the field of policy research and administrative science in the latest reputation study by the German Association for Political Science .
