The Potter nunatakkers are a group of small and isolated nunatakers in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . They are located 32 km north-east of the outback Nunatakkern belonging Welcome Mountain and 10 km southwest of the Helliwell Hills .
The United States Geological Survey , they mapped the basis of own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy in the years from 1959 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names renamed it in 1970 by Neal Potter, who as an economist 1965-1966 at McMurdo Station , the explored economic opportunities in Antarctica .
