Povilas Urbšys
Povilas Urbšys (born September 2, 1962 in Panevėžys ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
After graduating from the 7th Panevėžys Middle School in 1980, he graduated in 1995 with a degree in history , political science and social science at the Vilniaus pedagoginis universitetas . In 1990 he worked in the cultural heritage inspection . From 1992 he worked at Nacionalinė saugumo tarnyba ( Valstybės saugumo departamentas ), from 1994 at the Document Protection Office at the Ministry of Finance of Lithuania , from 1997 at Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnyba . He headed the department in Panevėžys until April 2012. He has been a member of the Seimas since 2012 .
In 2005 he was awarded Vyčio Kryžiaus ordinas (Riterio kryžius).
