The President of the Territorial Assembly of Wallis and Futuna is the head of government of the French overseas territories Wallis and Futuna and is elected by the Territorial Assembly of Wallis and Futuna . The current incumbent is David Vergé .
tasks
As head of government, the President of the Territorial Assembly directs the affairs of state and the administration of the overseas territory. The decisions are voted on in the Territorial Assembly, the Wallis and Futuna parliaments . He is assisted by the Vice-President of the Territorial Assembly, the 1st Secretary and the 2nd Secretary. In addition to the head of government, a total of 8 committees are formed from the territorial assembly , which also introduce bills for the territorial assembly.
