The starting point is Landquart . The hiking trail leads steeply up via Malans to the Fadärastein with a deep view of the Chur Rhine Valley . Seewis iP follows with an insight into the Vorderprättigau. Field and forest roads follow to the Schesaplanahütte .
A well-developed and often used high-altitude path follows along the Rätikon , with ever changing ins and outs of the Prättigau . At the Drusator view of the Austrian side of the Rätikon. Constant view of the world-famous climbing rocks of the Rätikon. Promising location on the Carschinahütte .
From the Carschinahütte an easy descent past the Partnunsee to St. Antönien , which is an originally preserved Walser village.
After a long ascent over alpine roads and mountain paths up to the Jägglischhorn, the view sweeps over the entire Rätikon and the entire Prättigauer Höhenweg. Gentle descent to the mountain station of the Madrisabahn. The original route continues via Schlappin and ends in Klosters .
