The Préfecture des Hauts-de-Seine is an administrative building in the La Défense office district in the Paris suburb of Nanterre . The headquarters of the prefectural administration of the Hauts-de-Seine department is located in the building . The skyscraper was built from 1965 to 1974. The skyscraper was designed by the architects André Wogenscky, Henri Chauvet and Alain Richard. André Wogenscky, was a student of Le Corbusier , whereby the building was designed in a "Corbusier-like" style.

The office tower is the Metro station La Defense and the La Defense station to the public transport in the Paris bound.
