Preben Maegaard

Preben Maegaard (* 1935 ) is a Danish pioneer, author and expert in the field of renewable energies . He is chairman of the Nordic Folkecenter for Renewable Energy .

Since the oil crisis in the 1970s, he has campaigned intensively at local, national and international levels for the commercialization and spread of renewable energies. He was a member of various Danish government committees for renewable energies.

He can be seen in the documentary The 4th Revolution - EnergyAutonomy (2010).
