Prize for composers and performers "Blue Bridge"
The “Blue Bridge” award for composers and performers is a music award that is given for outstanding compositions in the field of new music .
The prize has been awarded by the European Center for the Arts Hellerau (formerly: Dresden Center for Contemporary Music) and the Dresden Cultural Foundation of the Dresdner Bank since 1994 and is endowed with 15,000 euros. The winners are selected in the form of a competition that is held every two years.
Selected compositions from the competition will be presented and awarded at the Dresden Days of Contemporary Music .
