Pretty Girls Make Graves was an American neo- punk - band from Seattle that after a song by the Smiths had named. Often their style was also referred to as post-hardcore . Among other things, the individual members played in bands such as the Death Wish Kids, Bee Hive Vaults, Kill Sadie and the Murder City Devils. Her second album "The New Romance" received a lot of critical acclaim.

In late January 2007 the band broke up after drummer Nick left the band. The band's official statement said that you don't want to continue without him. Guitarist Jason Clark founded the band Jaguar Love with two ex-members of The Blood Brothers , but left them again and is being replaced by a drum computer at the band's current appearances.
