Prisca Steinegger (born September 1, 1977 ) is a former Swiss football player .
Professional career
In 1999, Steinegger received a scholarship for an apprenticeship in the USA, but was unable to participate due to an injury. For this she later took a position at FIFA. From 1996 to 2008, Steinegger played for the Swiss national football team and was voted Swiss footballer of the year in Bern in 2003.
