Prix ​​Dupré-Lapize

The Prix ​​Dupré-Lapize was a competition in two-man team driving on the track . The race was held from 1927 to 1959 at the Vélodrome d'Hiver in Paris . The award was named after the French racing cyclists Victor Dupré , world champion in the sprint of 1909, and Octave Lapize , who u. a. won the Paris – Roubaix race three times .

The only German-speaking winners of the competition in 1951 were Ferdy Kübler and Armin von Büren from Switzerland. Record winners with three victories were the French Pierre Brun , Henri Lemoine and Émile Carrara .
