Domenico Piemontesi

Domenico Piemontesi (born January 11, 1903 in Boca , † May 31, 1987 in Borgomanero ) was an Italian racing cyclist .

The greatest success in Domenico Piemontesi's cycling career was third place in the 1927 UCI Road World Championships for professionals at the Nürburgring , behind Alfredo Binda and Costante Girardengo , after finishing ninth at the 1924 Road World Championships in Paris was. He was a professional cyclist for 16 years from October 1922 to 1938 . In 1922 he won the Tre Valli Varesine , still as an amateur.
