The project Verlag is a German publisher for Culture and Humanities with the head office in Bochum (founded in 1991 in Dortmund ). A branch has existed in Freiburg im Breisgau since 2002 . The owner-managed publisher brings out around 30 new publications annually.

Publishing program

The spectrum of the publishing program ranges in the scientific field from interdisciplinary topics such as medical philosophy or musician's medicine to the classical humanities topics. Here are the focal points u. a. in Reggio pedagogy and Sinology , which have been part of the program since the early 1990s in the form of the series "edition cathay" and "arcus chinatexte". A volume of short stories by Mo Yan , Nobel Prize Winner in 2012, and a play by Gao Xingjian , Nobel Prize Winner in Literature in 2000 , appeared within this series of books .
