The village of Prosberg is part of the Engelthal community in the Middle Franconian district of Nürnberger Land .

Prosberg is located on the slopes of the Prosberg and Lindenbühl, about two and a half kilometers southeast of the center of Engelthal. It lies at an altitude of 425 m above sea level. NHN . The village is located on a plateau above Kruppach, the former community center to which Prosberg belonged.
