Provincial Parks in Newfoundland and Labrador
This article is a list of provincial parks in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador .
The Provincial Parks in Newfoundland and Labrador are managed by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation , established on February 22, 2017 .
The Provincial Parks are divided into the following categories: Camping, Day Use, Railroad (T'Railway), and Waterway (Waterway).
There are also Provincial Park Reserves . These have no infrastructure. Many of these parks are located on former provincial parks that were privatized in 1995 and 1997.
There are other protected areas in the province such as the Wilderness and Ecological Reserves .
