Przeczno (German formerly Heimsoot ) is a village in Gmina Łubianka in Powiat Toruń in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship . In 2011, 276 people lived here. The place is on the road from Chełmno to Toruń .
history
The oldest mention of the place is from 1251. Since 1772 it belonged to the Prussian province of West Prussia , in the Thorn district. Since 1920 back to Poland.
