Psychosocial Publishing House
The psycho-social-Verlag is a German book and magazine publishing. He publishes psychological and social science books and magazines. The focus is on the areas of psychoanalysis , psychotherapy , depth psychology , psychosomatics , family therapy and the connection between psychological and social science issues. The seat is in Giessen . The owners and managing directors are Hans-Jürgen Wirth and Trin Haland-Wirth. Around 200 new publications are published annually. In 2002, Hans-Jürgen Wirth and Trin Haland-Wirth founded the Haland & Wirth publishing house as the imprint publishing house of Psychosozial-Verlag. The list of available books is almost 2000 titles.
history
The publishing house was founded in 1993 by Hans-Jürgen Wirth . The foundation of the publishing house emerged from the journal psychosozial , which was founded in 1978 by Horst-Eberhard Richter . It was published from 1978 to 1985 by Rowohlt-Verlag , from 1986 to 1992 by Beltz-Verlag and has been published since 1993 by Psychosozial-Verlag, which was founded especially for this magazine. The publishing program was later greatly expanded.
At the beginning of 2018, Trin Halan-Wirth left the management and left her shares to their son Johann Wirth.
Goal setting

Haland & Wirth in Psychosozial-Verlag
