Pulvermühle ( Luxembourgish : Polvermillen, French : Pulvermuhl) is a district in the center of Luxembourg City . At the end of 2016, 344 people lived in the neighborhood. The size of the district is 25 hectares. The district is located in the valley of the Alzette in the lower town.

history

Pulvermühle once belonged to the municipality of Sandweiler . From 1873 it was part of the municipality of Hamm . In 1920 Pulvermühle was incorporated into Luxembourg City .
