Pych
Pych , also Pich , is the name of a Kashubian noble family . Branches of the family persist to this day.
history
The Pych lead to the noble Liepnitz estate in the old district Schlochau , together with the families Aubracht , Depka , Janicz , Janta , Kospot , Pazątka , Pupka , Ryman , Szur and Wnuk , the nickname Lipinski . As early as 1526, the Pych were mentioned among the owners in Liepnitz.
Another branch of the Pych was named after the Prondzonna estate , in the immediate vicinity of Liepnitz, Pych Prądzynski .
In the 18th century Pych were still in Tschebiatkow wealthy, however, had also later repeatedly in the region Bütow non-noble -Schlochau property, so eg. In Flötenstein . Even today this area is a major center of life of the family in Poland , while the German branches of the family over the federal territory distribute.

Adam Pych Lipinski was mentioned in a document in 1763 and used the Zadora coat of arms : In blue, a silver lion's head looking to the right with an open mouth, a red flame breaking out of it. On the crowned helmet with blue-silver covers , the lion's head.
