Qairat Nukenow
Qairat Temirschotuly Nükenow ( Kazakh Қайрат Теміршотұлы Нүкенов , Russian Кайрат Темиршотович Нукенов Kairat Temirschotowitsch Nukenow ; * September 15, 1970 in Sakharovka, Kazakhstan politician ) is a Kazakh politician . He has been the mayor of the city of Pavlodar since July 2019 .
Life
Qairat Nükenow was born in 1970 in Sakharovka village in the Shelezin district in the Pavlodar region. He graduated from the Siberian State Academy of Automotive and Road Construction in Omsk, Russia, in 2002 . In 2014 he received another degree from the Omsk State Agricultural University .
He began his professional career in 1987 in a state farm in the Schelesin district. From 1990 he worked in various companies and later became the director of various companies in Pavlodar. From 2012 Nükenow also held political offices. From 2012 to 2013 he was the Äkim of the Shelezin district before becoming the head of the Pavlodar Region's Department of Economy and Trade. In June 2014, he became mayor of Aqsu City . On April 29, 2016, he was appointed mayor of Ekibastus . After a little over two years in this office, he was appointed the first deputy governor of the Turkistan Region on August 13, 2018 . He left this post only a few months later and became Deputy Governor of Pavlodar Oblast on February 15, 2019.
He has been the mayor of Pavlodar city since July 10, 2019 .
