Qoratepa is an urban-type settlement (shaharcha) in the Yozyov district of the Uzbek province Fargʻona in the Fergana Valley .
The place is about 50 km north of the provincial capital Fargʻona . At Qoratepa the Isfayramsoy flows into the Great Ferghana Canal .
