Quincy Alexander (born December 29, 1993 ) is a cyclist from Trinidad and Tobago .

In 2012, Alexander won the gold medal in the 1000-meter time trial at the Pan American Cycling Championships. At the following UCI Track World Championships in Melbourne in 2012 , he was the only athlete in his country to compete, as his compatriot Njisane Phillip, who was successful in the short-term track disciplines, was seriously injured in a fall in the Keirin race of the Pan American Cycling Championships. In the 1000-meter time trial, Alexander took 24th place. In 2011, Alexander was the first cyclist in his country to top an annual ranking of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) as a junior .

In February 2019 it became known that there had been disputes over Alexander's non-nomination for the upcoming World Railroad Championships in Pruszków, Poland . Alexander's father Nigel had loudly accused national coach Erin Hartwell of not having nominated his son out of prejudice, after which he was excluded from training. Quincy Alexander announced that he would sue the cycling association and the coach over his non-nomination.
