Quinta Santo António (German: "Estate of Saint Anthony ") is a district of the capital São Tomé on the island of São Tomé in the island state of São Tomé and Príncipe . In 2012 there were 4299 inhabitants.

The district is located in the southern area of São Tomé between Vila Marreco , Vila Maria , São Gabriel , Bairro Verde and Água Arroz . The Instituto Superior Politécnico (ISP) of the Universidade de São Tomé e Príncipe and the headquarters of the Santomean TV are also located in the area .
