Lists on the subject

The Röhm RG 3 is a alarm gun in the caliber 6 mm Flobert Knall . It has been released by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt under the approval number 32-69 (RG3s) or 33 (RG3, from March 7, 1974), and is therefore freely available in Germany from the age of 18.

The RG 3 has been built largely unchanged since the 1950s, but its details have been modified: with the current model, it is possible to change the magazine with the signal cup screwed on. There are models with a simple burnished finish as well as a nickel-plated or chrome-plated surface.

The principle of the RG 3 is based on a horizontal magazine transport. The loaded magazine is inserted into the weapon from the front and can be removed from the rear after use. By redirecting the ammunition energy by 90 degrees, this weapon does not require a barrel blockage.
