Rüdiger Goldmann (born December 28, 1941 in Gablonz an der Neisse ) is a German CDU politician .

Life and work

Rüdiger Goldmann attended elementary school in Austria and graduated from high school in 1962. He then studied at the University of Cologne and the Free University of Berlin and graduated in 1968 with the first state examination for higher education in history and German. After that he was a study assessor in Zülpich and Duisburg and later a teacher and senior teacher in Düsseldorf .

Rüdiger Goldmann has been a member of the CDU since 1962 and has held various offices and mandates for it. He was a member of the City Council of Düsseldorf for 10 years, a member of the 10th, 11th and 12th state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia (1985–2000, with interruption), full member of the working committee and the science committee, deputy member of the school committee and in the “European Policy” subcommittee and the “People and Technology” commission.

Goldmann is deputy state chairman of the East and Central German Association of the CDU in North Rhine-Westphalia (OMV-NRW).

In addition, he is also deputy state chairman of the BdV ( Federation of Expellees ) in North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as a board member of the Sudeten German Landsmannschaft , a. a. as the organizer of the Sudeten German Culture Days in autumn 2001 in Düsseldorf.

He is also a member of the Sudeten German Federal Assembly, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Haus Foundation (Düsseldorf), a member of the Foundation Council of the East German Cultural Council (OKR) and Deputy Federal Chairman of the East and Central German Association of the CDU and was from 1965 to the Member and functionary in the Witikobund in the mid-1990s .
