Rüdiger Soltwedel
Rüdiger Soltwedel (born February 28, 1945 in Schleswig ) is a German economist and professor at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy .

After graduation Soltwedel studied from 1965 to 1969 Economics in Economic and Social Sciences (formerly School of Economics and Social Sciences Nuremberg ) of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the Saarland University and graduated this as economics graduate from .
In 1984 he did his doctorate at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel under Herbert Giersch on the subject of state interventions in the labor market. A criticism .
