Rudiger Vossen

Rüdiger Vossen (* 1941 in Bonn ) is a German ethnologist .

Life

He studied anthropology , prehistory and ancient American studies in Göttingen (1961–1962), Berlin (1962–1963) and Hamburg (1963–1968). It was 1968 in Hamburg with a dissertation on the recent indigenous peoples in the Amazon ceramics doctorate and worked in the Museum of Ethnology in Hamburg , where he followed William Henke beer. Between 1980 and 1992 he carried out various excursions to Morocco (pottery).
