The Rustem Pasha Mosque ( Turkish Rüstem Paşa Camii ) is an Ottoman mosque in the district of Eminönü in Istanbul .

It was founded in 1561 by the Grand Vizier Rüstem Pascha and, after his death, under the supervision of the Foundation Administrator Mehmed Bey and Rüstem Pasha's wife Mihrimah Sultan , the daughter of Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent , was built in the following years according to the plans of the architect Mimar Sinan . The year of completion is uncertain.

The mosque stands on a terrace above a row of shops in Hasırcılar Çarşısı in a lively bazaar street in the Tahtakale district. It has a single minaret and is especially known for the blue tiles from Iznik inside and on the outside wall under the portico .
